The IFoA climate change risk alert indicates a step change in what is to be expected from actuaries. Recent IFoA publications with the University of Exeter highlight the risks, including systemic risk, of climate change which can be poorly addressed. As ‘risk scientists’, how are actuaries developing their advice? This webinar will look at the issue from the perspective of pension funds, the actuarial valuation, and the investment advice actuaries’ clients receive from investment consultants.
