      What can the VLE Team help with?

      The VLE Team are your first point of contact for any assistance when using the VLE. The team can support you with:

      • Finding content and searching within the VLE
      • VLE account queries, such as exporting a history of CPD, collecting certificates and digital badges and updating your preferences, such as your practice areas/primary areas of interest
      • Assistance with completing courses, and questions around courses
      • Accessibility requests and requirements
      • Collecting feedback and working with you to improve our VLE

      Of course, the team are happy to assist with anything outside of the above list too.
