The Risk Management Research & Thought Leadership Committee (RMRTLC) has established this Task & Finish Group (‘TFG’) to develop practical ideas and guidance for how firms meaningfully enhance their approach to Operational Resilience. Adoption of these ideas and guidance should allow firms to not only demonstrate clear progress to their regulators but also improve the internal value of their Operational Resilience Frameworks.

Output from the TFG should help to establish and promote the actuarial profession as a source of expertise and insight on Operational Resilience. The T&FG will produce a concise, non-technical practice document containing practical guidance on resource mapping, scenario testing, vulnerability management, and resilience monitoring.
